This year has been a very mixed year with a lot of emotions and disputes. The year started very intensively where I played almost every week for the first two months. During this period I also had some small problems but also very good results. Where I qualified for Les Petitas, won the qualification in the Winter Cups (European Championship) and 5th in the playoffs. During this period I also reached the round of 16 in the Kungens Kanna which is one of the world's biggest competitions. I was really proud of this.

The period after all the tournaments was a calmer period where we assessed these extremely much on the things that needed to be improved. For example, we foucused a lot during this period on my serve and also on my forehand. After that it was planned to enter an intensive period again with a lot of competitions throughout the summer. Unfortunately, this was not the case when I suffered an injury that kept me away from May to August. It was very tough for me mentally as I was kept away from the tennis that I love. But I had to fight on. During this time we had to do the best we could given the situation, I fought on and did a lot of physical training almost every day. We also focused on mobility a lot as I had grown 20 centimeters in two years and had become more immobile. I think this period was necessary as I gained more understanding of how my body works but also of how much tennis means to me. When I got back to tennis again in August, I was really excited to get back but we started slowly to be smart. This was really fun to come back and play tennis again, I trained well for about 1.5 months before I played my first competition in Uppsala again where I won my first ITF points. However, during this competition I started to feel my shoulder again. This was very difficult for me to take in as I had barely returned to tennis again. So it was just for me to do as in the summer to continue with the physical and slowly start with rehab exercises. During this period I was a little off and on with a little pain in different places. This was of course very difficult but I kept fighting. So finally everything let go. About two weeks ago was my first week where I trained injury-free again and I am so happy about this. Now I am ready to step up and make my real comeback. Hope you want to follow my journey!
