Game IQ. Drive. Discipline.

Three consecutive titles in the Next Gen Cup (formerly Kalle Anka Cup) – one of only three players ever to do so

Gold in Junior-SM Race Båstad 2024, outdoor singles and doubles

The ultimate goal.
My dream is to become the greatest tennis player of all time. To win the most Grand Slam titles ever. I want to be a role model, both on the court and as a person.

The road to winning.
Even when it gets tough, I’ll always give my best. I will always train. My journey will be built on discipline. When I play, I’m always thinking. Tennis comes naturally to me, and I feel completely connected to the game.

Independence and love for the game.
I first started playing handball when I was very young, but it didn’t quite fit me. I wanted more independence, to be in control of my own performance. That’s when my dad took me to try tennis – he used to play table tennis – and things just clicked. My coaches and my dad said I looked good out there, and I really enjoyed it from the start.

When my dad suddenly passed away when I was nine, tennis started meaning even more. We went to every practice and tournament together; it was our thing. Now, I play because I love tennis, but also to carry on what we had, and to make him proud.

Winning traits.

  • Game IQ. I think tennis. I live tennis.

  • Drive. I always want to improve. I love this sport!

  • Discipline. I take responsibility and follow through – on court and in life.

The fun part.
The best thing about tennis? Winning! I also enjoy being fully responsible for my own success. My results depend on my own effort; I can, if I want to. That’s a huge motivation.

The hard work.
When things get tough, I remind myself that I love this sport. Then I just keep going.

The support that matters.
My coach Alexander Olsson has been with me since the beginning. He’s my biggest support, like a father figure to me, especially after my dad passed away. He motivates me, and that means everything. My coach Fredrik Månsson, who works with me on technique, is also a huge support. So is Daniel Larsson, my additional coach.
